Are you an inclusive company?
Yes, of course! I am apart of the LGBTTTQQIAP* myself and love truly is just that, LOVE! It doesn't matter to me what others do with their lives, I am just truly happy to be apart of it as a photographer! I love seeing people be loved.
Do you service outside of the Renfrew county?
Yes! I often travel all over Ontario. All of my travel costs are included in the prices on my website. My home studio is located in Pembroke but I do travel around Renfrew county for outdoor sessions. I post my travel dates to southern Ontario on my Instagram & Facebook pages.
What do we do if we're shooting outside and there is a second outfit to change into?
Don't worry! I have a pop up changing tent at our disposal! It is water proof, has UV protection, has a storage pocket for any smaller items, has two zippered windows as well as a skylight and 2 double sided zippers on the door for easy access!
When do I get sneak peeks?
Sneak peeks are typically delivered within 48-72 hours after the session has taken place.
Can I extend my time for my wedding photography the day of the wedding?
I never book another session on a day that I have a wedding to capture. If things are running late, I am always willing to accommodate a few minutes here and there. If it's going to be an extra hour-two hours, then there is an additional charge of $200/hour.
How do you protect our photos from loss?
I have a dual slot camera which means that each photo is instantly stored on two memory cards at the time of the session. Once I get home, your photos are then loaded onto my computer, dropbox and external hard drive for editing purposes. Once the images are edited and delivered, they are then kept on two separate external hard drives, FOR LIFE. If you ever lose your images, please feel free to email, call or text me and I will gladly upload the edited images back onto a web link for your easy access and download.
What happens in bad weather?
I watch the weather closely up until the morning of the session. If things still look rough, we would reschedule, ideally within two weeks of the original session date. I will shoot in light rain and snow, but nothing too terrible as I then risk damaging my equipment. If it is a wedding session, those cannot be rescheduled (duh!) so I will gladly bring my handsfree umbrella and harness so we can still get beautiful shots of your big day without having to worry too much about the equipment.
How does booking work?
Once you've decided to go with me for your session, please email me directly or send me your email. I will then send you a contract to look over. A 50% non-refundable retainer is due at the time of signing to hold your date and time. Online booking is currently being implemented and will be up and running later this year.
Do you shoot destination weddings?
Yes! If your wedding is outside of Canada, I will shoot it for the cost of airfare, fuel & lodging. I love to travel and seeing new places while capturing your big moment is something that makes me very happy to do!
Do you take payment plans?
I will always be willing to work with my clients. If a payment plan is something you'd like, please email, call or text me to discuss the terms. I do expect that the full session cost will be paid prior to
Do I have to order prints from you?
I don't offer printing services at all. So you are free to take your photos from me anywhere to have them printed at your own discretion.
